## Context
The rapid evolution of mobility technologies is reshaping how transportation systems operate. IN2CCAM addresses the urgent need to integrate CAM services into traffic management systems to enhance road safety, promote sustainability, and create inclusive mobility solutions. By leveraging cutting-edge research and innovative technologies, the project seeks to deliver practical and impactful outcomes for users and stakeholders across Europe.
## Key objectives
The IN2CCAM project is guided by three main objectives:
1. **Developing advanced traffic and fleet management concepts**: Design and implement frameworks that ensure seamless mobility of people and goods within CAM ecosystems across Europe.
2. **Delivering innovative CAM services**: Integrate and test CAM solutions in diverse real-world scenarios to ensure compatibility with existing traffic systems and readiness for deployment.
3. **Fostering inclusive and sustainable mobility**: Address the unique needs of various user groups, particularly vulnerable populations, while minimising the environmental footprint of transportation systems.
## Outcomes
IN2CCAM aims to achieve a series of impactful results, including:
- **Deployment of interoperable CCAM services**: Demonstrate CAM solutions across six European Living Labs, ensuring scalability and adaptability across different regions.
- **Engagement of key stakeholders**: Establish a Stakeholder Forum to promote collaboration between public and private actors and drive the innovation of CAM technologies.
- **Safer and more inclusive transportation**: Deliver solutions that cater to diverse user needs, improving road safety while reducing the environmental impact of mobility systems.
These examples reflect just some of the project’s expected outcomes.
## Consortium
The IN2CCAM consortium unites **21 partners from 10 countries**, bringing together academic experts, research institutions, industry leaders, and public authorities. This multidisciplinary team is working collaboratively to advance CAM technologies and their integration into European transport systems.
